Southampton Philharmonic and Southampton University Philharmonic Choirs look forward to presenting a programme spanning three centuries of the choral canon, including such favourites as Zadok the Priest, I was glad, Panis angelicus and The Bluebird, as well as pieces from contemporary composers, Philip Stopford, Ola Gjeilo and Eric Whitacre.

Bringing another dimension to the evening's programme are the legendary Crispian Steel-Perkins, who will team up with Ian Le Grice for Stanley's rousing Trumpet Voluntary (among other works), and Alex Kidgell, soprano, performing Handel's Eternal Source of Light Divine, and Let the Bright Seraphim, as well as joining the choir in a performance of Mozart's much-loved Laudate Dominum.
